    The comments from the webinar openly admitting not enough had been done to make STO JV water tight re dukas we’ll completion committments and 70% ownership suggest to me someone being thrown under the bus. Fair enough too (even if not specifically the role of the chairman responsibility may have been implicated based on past experiences)
