This proposal is a complete and utter disaster - In my opinion this proposal is reflective of a board and management who is neither in touch with minority shareholders nor equipped with the required skill, experience and negotiating prowess required to drive FMS forward and extract the maximum value for FMS' PIOP resource for ALL shareholders.
