Oh dear god ... when I started down this infernal path (playing the penny-dreads) many moons ago at least I had sufficient nouse to hide my naivety ... one more time for the tennyboppers:
1) Good News ... Immediate Announcement
2) Bad News ... Trading Halt (with some 'good news' announced during said Trading Halt).
As stated in my first post on this topic ... EMBARRASSING!
