The increase in revenue wasn’t organic. It was due to acquisitions, as stated in the report. I do think the market is overreacting negatively. The problem here, in my opinion is less the performance of the company and more so the managements reluctance to show any consideration to shareholders by communicating on very crucial questions/issues.

i wonder if the board is able to put any pressure on the management due to this abismal price drop
