The board does not care and is clearly not doing their job. This is a one man show - Yacov - who does not seem to give a damn about other shareholders. As shown here before, he is the only one making money here. The fact that they did not address the market should not come as a surprise. Their credibility is zero and I am still not convinced this is a legitimate business. Having said that, my losses are so heavy there is no point existing now. If this is not a complete fraud, there may be some hidden value here notwithstanding the horrible device sales. As mentioned here time and time again, I do think we should ALL file a complaint with the ASX to review the company's announcements to the market and whether they were misleading (YES!)
