YES!
I filed a complaint with the ASX in July which included my concerns about Hygea. I followed up with another email in August after my Hygea fears were confirmed. I then phoned the ASX after noting the OTCPK and French Listings which the Company had imo failed to update us about, and I wanted to know if not disclosing this was acceptable. After several minutes on hold I was advised the Company is being looked into and it was in the hands of the Listing Agent, but as my earlier complaints had received a reference number but no followup, I was told I should receive one soon.
Still waiting... but if you've filed and not heard anything back I would encourage you to ring the ASX quote your reference number and fire away.
