the supposed placement

well if this supposed placement is true then that explains everything.

because how many times hav i seen it. the placememnt is around the current share price. then theres a 10-15% dilution and the sp often goes 10-15% below the placement price. thats the big worry for me.

has anyone been thinking this too!

but if there is no placememnt i dont understand it. except thaat in the past at 7cent s and at sarb approval cds seems to take its time moving up
