No we are not fighting those views at all. People will make up their own minds and buy EVs when they are able to buy the car they like at a price they can afford. People will not even consider where the electricity comes from. It really is that simple. Right now there is not enough choice and prices are still a bit high. This will start to change from next year and then speed up considerably over the next 3 years IMO.
