kate, have you considered that on activities/resolutions in favour of FAS control the nons can vote with PMM, thus they have say 70% against FAS control and in matters where PMM are trying to gain control we vote with FAS thus having at least 70% against PMM board control. This is the way forward for the nons.
As an example- vote for 1 of the PMM nominees, vote out con, vote in Mick.
Vote against the cap raising
vote against the doutch purchase
Then you are voting in the interests of the silent majority and thwarting the takeover plans of both PMM and FAS. You are also forcing the board to continu to act in the best interests of the assets and aspirations of the company GWR and not the companies FAS and PMM.
It is clear that most posters here either favour FAS or PMM, few seem interested in the position a shareholder in GWR interested in maximising the company's profit and share performance. If they were they clearly would encourage the GWR board to maximise its JORC resource, enter into takeoff agreements and encourage chinese or indian shareholding PRIOR to a FAS or PMM takeover
