IMO ... I doubt that scenario is at play here for a couple of reasons ?
1. Most trading platforms show nil LVR for AJM margin loan.
2. Not sure if a Director can just throw $15m cash into the business that they would have margin loan issues?
While I can appreciate margin loans can be against other companies and a downturn in the market could create margin calls, I am not sure the scenario you refer to is at play here - just sayin’
