What are the odds MGX drops out of the S&P ASX300 this time around? My broker announced a few hours ago they are increasing margin requirements for MGX. That might prompt a bit of hasty selling as well. Bad week or two ahead, perhaps?
With 31c of cash per share, and a very conservatively-estimated $1 of cashflow from KI ($1.25 isn't hard to imagine, and it'd be nearly $2 at today's prices), MGX is well undervalued in my view. But if you wanted a bit more, might be best to wait a little.
Hold, or buy on any weakness.
