    It is tempting to sell particularly after a strong run. But there is no possible way that it was worth $14. Priced accordingly at the moment given its huge pipeline of projects.

    The property sector has taken a beating recently. Probable funds switching from mediocre companies (for eg MGR and GPT) to well run established houses (WDC).
