There is no certainty the project will go ahead. It's a game. Nope at all. Both FAR and WPL go ahead as though there are no PE funding issues. So don't get ahead of yourself. FAR has promised much delivered bought ok. It's all a show and if they lose PE heads should roll. Shareholder returns negative for last 10 years. Being in FAR has is a waste of time and energy
