Well the case is solely focussed on affordability. The ACCC has to prove TPG can afford to roll out 5G on its own and be competitive with other three. So, TPG needs to find somewhere between $2 to 3 billion, overcome incredible technical hurdles, then become the 'budget' provider. It's extremely unlikely. But you never know what the ACCC has in its pocket, could be a series of internal emails discussing how TPG would do it. If we lose the case, it is a huge blow for this company and we'll go back to $5 a share I would imagine.

The way sp is going down indicates the utter inability for the TPG to build even its own building, let alone a network! over burdned with the spectrum, they're lamenting the losses being incurred from profit crunch news, unsued spectrum, and uncertainty ....! Still GLTAH
