September...CLI's home run

Hi folks,
I decided to make a new thread because of the importance of September to CLI & shareholders fortunes but I would please ask posters to concentrate on fundamentals.

So, IMO, we have a few critical hurdles to cross before we see the lollies hitting the till:
-Compliance THC testing ( IMO, in 2 weeks)
-CBD testing (IMO, at harvest starting the last week in September)
-Biomass poundage (IMO, a good guesstimate should be available by the end of Sept)
-Confirmation of the 'less that 30% offtake" ( IMO, by the end of September)

Moorookamick always does his own DD which includes local & overseas phonecalls,media reasearch & general industry newsreleases before
posting anything on these threads as "IMO". For example I have spent over $30 this AM & yesterday PM in international calls, texts etc before
I made this post.

So in summary:
IMO, there are no problems with our Oregon crops.
IMO, there has been no cross fence pollination contamination as implied by some posters on other CLI threads
IMO, there have been no weather issues and none expected; just sunshine & little or no rain which means CLI controls irrigation.(desireable)
IMO, everything on the ground in Oregon is going to plan but crops are never 100% derisked until the money is in the till.

Re Price:
The most reliable indication we have of price so far, IMO, is via the offtake agreement "less than 30% of crop for $10.5 mil USD ($15.5 mil AUD)
Will that hold or can the remaining 70% be improved on? Well your guess is as good as mine because despite many phone calls, I cant get a better handle on it than that.
