If my memory is correct - the CSIRO study research agreement was between the CSIRO and Artemis Resources? Ed Mead arranged and signed it himself with CSIRO, so the CSIRO report/data could only go to Artemis, and correct me if mistaken but Novo not a party to this agreement?
