"The plant was performing as per specifications"
The product is/was meeting specifications but the plant was well under DFS target of 75% recovery. Ann on 7/8/2019 states a disappointing 55% recovery only. As I have said before, they are throwing away 45% of the spod into the tailings which is making profitability very difficult. Thankfully they do have mods planned for mid Oct but just comprehensive remains a mystery.
