Another 371,666,6666 shares to the current 1,851,971,197 will be 2,223,637,863 provided A$20m is raised in the SPP at 30c
Interestingly the price for the SPP is not fixed at 30c and can be lower. Are they expecting the price to go under 30c.
New shares issued under the SPP will be offered at the lower of:
—The Placement Price (being A$0.30 per share);
and
—A 1.0% discount to the VWAP of Pilbara shares traded during the five ASX trading days immediately prior to and including the SPP closing date
At 30c gives a market cap of A$667m with A$32.5m cash provided A$20m raised in SPP at 30c per share.
