It is shocking how such a bunch of incompetent are at the head of POS. For a start, I never understood why as a non-producer, we were so top heavy. I believe our Management team was larger than our normal staff team. Then, they have nothing to do (not even sure if they have to go to their office) and earn salaries than we cannot even dream of as it will be akin of us dreaming we are superman and can fly, etc. On the rare occasions they need to do some work and issue a report, they copy and paste the info from the previous report. There are always mistakes in these reports which you point out. You will think that at this critical point in time, they would have cleaned up their game. But this is clearly not going to happen as they are utterly useless. If they keep making such mistakes, who will have any confidence in them? How can they justify such massive salaries? How did they end up in these positions to start with? For me, this Management team is composed of real geniuses. For one to be as incompetent and lazy as that and be earning such incredible salaries can only be termed genius. The other aspect they excel in is lining up their pockets with small shareholders hard earned money. Already I earn peanuts and if I was so incompetent, I would be asked to leave. Hopefully, they up their game. With nickel price doing their work for them, we should be ok. I will not count on them to get anything right on their own. For eg, most/all the reports they issue are wrong, Windarra State Agreement not changed after I do not know how many years, etc. These guys are jokers except when it comes to earning massive salaries, lining their pockets and giving themselves raises. I am absolutely disgusted with them. Like I said, there was never any reason for such a top heavy Management team earning indecent salaries for a company on life support. Unfortunately, the joke is on us and there is nothing we can do about it.
