In the 1950's my parents had the vision of bringing the family to Australia , this, the best country on the planet. So, I am a fortunate humble migrant from the Mediterranean, of Greek origin, though born in Egypt. I obtained my qualifications in Earth Science during the 1960s , enjoyed a very satisfying career in exploration geology working for many of the top and small companies in Australia and overseas and I was mentored by the early giants of geoscience in our country. I retired in my early seventies and now I am content to share what little knowledge I have accumulated from this immense discipline of earth sciences, with like minded friends and associates.
