Nothing to be concerned about in my opinion. Just the normal amount of people getting in and out of the stock with a bit of downward pressure that could easily swing the other way around. Manganese price isn't expected to rise substantially in the short to medium term, so no real impetus for a rising share price. If you hold the stock for the dividend, it's still ok, with a return that should easily exceed 10%.
