I agree mostly with your last point that there is "No hard talk of commercialisation as yet" as to why people are selling. In reality though volume is fairly low and is consolidating at the 20-22c. As previously stated I would of expected a breakout above 23c based on TA but that has not happened yet. Maybe a significant amount of players think this is a slow mover and there is no need to have their capital stagnate whilst waiting on RAP progress. Personally I think it's a BUY.
