To cut to the chase, if stuff gets stuffed up, the only way of drilling Rafa is a CR. If stuff goes to plan, ROC may participate after all, but if they don’t I think Eric still needs a CR to drill Rafa at 100% risk, but he wants to do it above 50c not 25c.
