There appears to be a growing management commitment to meet the challenge ahead full on.
Not only will investors take notice, but staff and clients will have observed the step up starts at the top. Definitely a good sign for all stakeholders, although of course, the outcome of the CF integration will remain uncertain for a least a couple of years.
