That is correct but the Indian pricing would have to be within reason close to current markets otherwise the goods that they would be producing would be deemed to have been subsidised so they could find problems with selling in the World market. This is only my opinion but is what could happen if the Indian Govt requires current pricing to be too heavily discounted.
