Honestly gentlemen I have never heard so much bullsh*t in my life. It is exhausting listengin to this rubbish about Chinese taking licenses. Reds under beds and, blah blah blah.
Anyone and everyone who has any thing to with operations in the copper belts know the whole license is just a game.
The Chinese are not going to 'steal' anyones license and Tigers prospect is well safe. In fact most of the players up there are expanding holdings and operations. I guess the companies making millions up there must be real stupid...NOT!
