It is interesting what you say about China and hemp, you are quite right most of the available research documents are chinese ones as are a lot of the patents relating to hemp. Interestingly three or four years back an acquantance of mine who farms hemp in the UK and has the largest processing plant there also exported most of the bales of fibre he produced to China.
