yes I always say I could be wrong and I have been, but lets not dwell on me, anyone that really believes the story of PLS and does not believe they will get there full allotment should be buying up on market, especially as someone believes it wont be long and the SP will be over $1.00, does it matter if you buy now at $0.32 or over the next few months at $0.30, look at the big picture I suppose and follow your gut, good luck with what you do
