all those sudden notices by SOC gen and now JPM,
Note JPM basically now a major holder due to borrowed stock, at least they provide full information with borrowing agreements at end of notice, note the lenders

nothing is sure, certainly smells like one as GDXJ et all will no doubt be looking to recycle and enjoy the loopholes
