I am of the opinion that trading of FMS is firmly in the hands of the bigger end of town and it will maintain its price level during poor market conditions and continue to build when they consider the time to be right. But who knows they may continue to push it upwards being careful not to over excite the market despite overall market conditions. Come to think about it ...thats my best bet at the moment ... Warnie just might be right about that .18 level :)
