I am trying to find some direction in this stock. Alas, it's adrift. Sadly so ,as I still rate it a quality hold. Still a cornerstone of my portfolio. Don't know whether it's the thrall of the shorters, or just adrift in the aftermath of the Bonitas bombshell. It seems to gain some momentum early in the trading session, then, ends the day unchanged or more than likely down. Has it lost it's lustre ? Me thinks yes.Before Bonitas was around the mid 2.30's and looking solid, given that an increase in quarterly payment had been siganlled. You'd have thought that a re-rating would have been imminent. Morningstar still have it as fair value $2.74. Have no idea whether UBS still have their $2.65 target price. Am in a quandary.
