Independent report's disadvantages of scheme:
We are of the opinion the Initial Proposal was opportunistic... the Initial Proposal was presented in the short window on time when Villaworld shares were trading at a discount to NTA
They are clutching at straws on the advantages of the proposal:
- 'USA China trade war' causing volatility,
- 'ability to realise investment' - I am pretty sure I have had the ability to sell all along!?
I am not very persuaded by the report this scheme is in shareholders 'best interests'.
