So if the Independent Directors are so worried about misleading information, they why:
Did they use the term "Committed" to describe funding that is conditional on milestones being achieved?
Why did they bury Giles not making a recommendation in the middle of the EGM notice?
Why only provide details of the offers on the iron ore assets, why not release details of all offers or interest that have been received on Kalkaroo, but rejected by the directors?
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but there was a relatively short period after consolidating all exploration leases for Grants before SIMEC was granted exclusivity. Has there since been a period that wasn't covered by exclusivity or a period when HAV actively sort other partners for the iron assets? Was a data room set up and marketed to potentially interested parties? Did the board just sit back and wait for other offers or did they go out marketing the iron ore assets? Why not highlight the limited opportunity for other offers to be received noting that it took GFG/SIMEC many months to get to an offer stage.
