As Credit Suisse pointed out CATL has done a five month due diligence on PLS (~March to August 2019).
Could CEO sell shares while CATL was doing DD on PLS???
Why did share price drop from 72c (CEO sold) to 33c during CATL's DD time?
What price did other party offer to buy 20-49% of the project? If were significantly premium, why not sell, instead of raising at discount?
Why share price is raising at 30c? Not 70c?
