This appears to be a win-win deal for ARQ, HDR and West Australia. ARQ for its focus on the Perth basin, HDR now has some more cash to fund drilling and WA will get that area of the Perth basin explored earlier than otherwise.
I hold ARQ and HDR, so I think that it's twice good news.
