I think the CEO will be able to borrow 1mil for around 30000 pa Hell the dividend at end of September will pay him 27k in less than 30 days time … good credit risk He can borrow a lot more on those stats alone … simple calc says he has 14 mil shares and gets 14 x 27 k in next 30 days that's 270k …. need I go on.
Bonitas on the other hand has to pay 27 k on each 1 mil of stock borrowed for shorting.... cant see them winning here.
