IMO, i believe we are in the early stages of a primary cycle W3, if correct nearing completion of w1, how the market reacts to the estimate and if its a bazooka being fired off re-adjusts slight changes the current picture, seeing that this is early days, the original spec target on completion of W5 if everything keeps storming ahead was 28c
