Same concerns as me, with the added bonus of being able to articulate them much more effectively.

Rocket, re asking the right questions - I recall Ashes posting that after selling and then posting his intent to attend one of these presentations (to ask questions),Tony Lawry phoned him to say that his emailed invitation was rescinded. I also recall an additional HC comment /threat that LCK had hired Security staff to prevent unwanted questioners from entry. (admittedly, this was probably a message directed at me).

If Tony is so highly confident (in addition to just doing the job he is paid to do), then why was Ashes not welcome to voice his concerns and ask questions in the appropriate public forum?
