At 10 per cent average porosity, the third zone is on the border of between tight gas and conventional gas. May be this is why the market didn't like it. Plus the relatively low pay zone of 10 metres...
'Tight gas reservoirs are generally defined as having less than 0.1 millidarcy (mD) matrix permeability and less than ten percent matrix porosity'.
