Fundamental Guy, your first question is "Why did they use the term "Committed" to describe funding that is conditional on milestones being achieved? Can I answer that as your average SH and someone who wants to get capital growth? The term 'committed' means that if HAV, not Simec, start a certain action then Simec must pay up front. HAV has the whip hand here, once we get the YES vote thru the EGM. So the funding you write about is not conditional on milestones being achieved but it is on call for HAV to pursue the milestones. When read this in the agreement, I was persuaded. I'm voting YES for capital growth and to move the BOD personnel away from explorers to developers. A whole different skill-base to build on the excellent work of Giles.
