BUD have had three steep approx 2 month period of declines from just before the LIFX acquisition. See Table below.

Notice that it is taking shorter time to decline more each time.

After each decline, it would be followed by a brief period of hope which sees its sp make some 'notable' gain but also notice that the gain or relief rally becomes less notable after the first one.

Assuming the CR is successful (may be the last lifeline sophisticated investors would be extending ), its sp would most likely rebound from here (in similar fashion to previous patterns as shown above). This would be IMO your LAST chance to exit as the next phase of decline (coinciding with a tumultuous October market) could take it down another 60% (from 3c to 1.2c).
