Almost correct. You have to add in the $1.0 - $1.2bn that remains of CAWF without the 4 properties for sale.
If this ALL goes ahead next week (i.e. the 4 'decoupled' CAWF properties + the remainder of CAWF), it'll be a $2.6bn announcement based on current book value - 50% goes to CNP, 50% goes to DPF (which is 50% owned by CNP).
