The finance facility only allows up to 50-75% of AR, which means they need to invoice at least $10m, in order to get funding of $7m, to pay off $4m Seisun plus $11m payables and rest. There is nothing to suggest we will have a $10m this quarter, hence the need for CR.

Didn't they have trade receivables? They didn't have the money back then, but I believe they have it now from the receivables.
