Debt is more like $1B.... you guys need to read more....

Assets valued at about $1.4B from memory.... leaves assets of about $400M.... i.e. NTA about 90c....

If their property re-vauled 25% down... that would knock about $350M off the asset value... i.e. NTA more like 15c..

I don;t think there will be a re-valuation of -25%, but you guys need to do your numbers properly...
