I have been watching Marketindex and it seemed to indicate shorts increased from 4.17%, to 4.2% before peaking at 4.25% and now coming down to 3.56% (or about 11m shares taken off the market). There is some lag-time in short disclosure and site updates and i expect that explains the data dependencies.
On a positive note, it looks like the short(s) might be closing. MYX may have finally bottomed out.
Just fyi, 3.56% equals just over 56m shares or about 10 times the average trading volume (which is just under 5m/day for the past month).
