I have been a sceptic of BRM and other IO stocks for several months during the January-April period when i felt the hype re IO in general was excessive. When the 85% price increase was awarded to RIO and others i started to examine IO stocks in more detail. Two stood out BRM and AGO. I was getting ready to buy BRM at $2.50 when it started to fall. As price continued to tank i followed the BRM HC threads and confirmed that all the fundementals announced on BRM website are 100% accurate and the company is in an exceptional position with:
Very higest grade DSO which can be mined for v little cost.
Huge reserves of high grade ore.
No debt and $0.92 of cash/share!!
Next door to BHP with close management links and gate sales are real possbility to get early cashflow.

I felt the mkt had overlooked the massive potential on offer. Started buying at $2.13 and again at $1.99. Couldn't believe my good fortune to buy in again today at $1.75.

I am very cautious trader and only seek shares with outstanding value/potential. I also believe we are in a strong bear mkt and only companies with strong fundamnetals will weather the storm. BRM meets all my criteria and i encourage others to read today's presentation and see the detrial lumpore available at over 60% Fe.

My family background is in geology. Almost without exception mine's with the top grade/richest resources survive and flourish while those with lower grade or hard to access reserves (whatever the metal/mineral) tend to wither and produce dissappointing earnings. I feel 90% of the risk re BRM is to the upside. It has potential to take off anytime soon. I suggest you buy at these bargain basement prices.
