I've been thinking about this too re Tesla/SpaceX.
The chicken and egg situation of the scandium market certainly could do with Elon coming out and saying that Teslas and SpaceX rockets will all use scandium alloy in the future to save weight, reduce cost and extend range. That'd put a fire under scandium stocks! Of course he'd be well advised to buy into a scandium project before saying that! Tesla, or Elon himself buying into CLQ could be a very smart move.
From my reading on scandium alloys (amazing) I see cashed-up plane manufacturers like Boing or Airbus being likely insto investors for CLQ alongside battery companies.
