depends which reality you live in. From reports I’ve seen and by no way am I an expert coal is decreasing in the mix and gas and renewables are filling the gap. The coal mine they are trying to get off the ground in Queensland couldn’t get insured but that guy has enough money to insure it himself. But any independent company trying to get off the ground would have a hard time. that’s the reality I see now what do you think it’s going to be like in the future.
the reality is solar is much cheaper now. Storage is still the problem however.
