Hi @PASBOZ,
My understanding that PLS will have an initial 21% investment in the POSCO chemicals JV partially funded from the current Equity raise.
PLS has the option , for 6 months, post the JV commencing production, to increase the participation level to 30%
<0.8% = High quality Battery grade, page-99
