On a few threads people have questioned whether Chris Giles or Bob Johnson requested the Share Register.
Various guesses and innuendo’s have been made about their actions and follow up.
In view of this, enquiries have been made and I believe the facts are as follows (please phone HAV and ask to speak with Walter if you question these details):
· Requests have been made for copies of the Share Register by Chris & Bob.
· Accordingly the Company must make these available within 7 days.
· The Register was not provided in the required 7 days.
· This failure to provide Share Register details was reported to ASIC.
· After some 22 days the Register details were provided to Bob Johnson with email addresses being withheld.
· This withholding was also reported to ASIC.
· The legislation was written before email was popular and thus postal addresses are specified without mention of electronic addresses.
· HAV has refused to provide the email addresses.
